Executive Summary & Vision

Founded by Sharan Walia (Concept Designer, CEO, and Founder of 3iiiTF), the INTERNATIONAL INDIAN ICON (3iii) global talent platform enters its 10th Season in 2026. Over nine seasons, 3iii has engaged over 35,000 registered talents and 15,000+ paid participants across 59+ countries.

The platform is designed to discover, mentor, and elevate global talent without geographical, cultural, or demographic barriers. Season 10 features a hybrid model, allowing participants to compete On-site in Chicago, Illinois, USA or Online via StreamYard and Zoom.

Core Competition Tracks

Season 10 features two distinct competition tracks to cater to both cover performers and original creators:

1. Original Song Competition (Highly Recommended)

• Rationale: 3iiiTF retains international broadcasting rights for original compositions produced via 3iii Records. This enables uninhibited global distribution across primary OTT and television networks.
• Requirement: 1 original track performance.
• Options:
  • Commission via 3iii Records: Collaborate with professional Bollywood composers and lyricists.
    • Solo: $800
    • Group (4 members): $250 per participant
    • Pre-recorded 3iii Track: $100
  • Bring Your Own Original Song: Perform a track for which you hold full legal rights.

2. Movie / Album / Regional / Folk Song Competition

• Rationale: Designed for traditional performances using commercial catalog tracks (Bollywood, Hollywood, Tollywood, or regional compositions).
• Requirement: Minimum of 2 songs/performances prepared:
  • Track 1: Semi-Final Round
  • Track 2: Finale Round
  • Track 3 (Optional): Reserve track for judge requests or Grand Finale showcase.

Detailed Category Breakdown & Specifics

Participants can register as a Soloist, Duet, or Group within three age divisions: Junior (up to 19 years), Senior (20–55 years), and Super Senior (55+ years).

1. Singing

• Formats: Solo, Duet, and Group.
• Track Requirements: 1 song for the Original Song track; 2–3 songs for the Commercial track.
• Key Focus Areas: Pitch accuracy, breath management, vocal range, diction, rhythmic precision, and emotional delivery. Duets and groups are additionally evaluated on vocal blending, counter-harmonies, and dynamic balance.

2. Dancing

• Formats: Solo, Duet, and Group across Classical, Contemporary, Folk, Hip-Hop, or Fusion styles.
• Track Requirements: 1 routine for Original Tracks; 2–3 routines for Commercial Tracks.
• Key Focus Areas: Execution accuracy, stage space utilization, posture, spatial awareness, stamina, and narrative expression through facial work. Groups require synchronized footwork and dynamic spatial formations.

3. Fashion

• Structure: Executed across three styled runway segments during the Grand Finale showcase:
  1. Indian Traditional Attire
  2. Western Formals/Couture
  3. Regional/Cultural Ensemble
• Key Focus Areas: Runway posture, stride cadence, composure, camera orientation, wardrobe integration, and clarity during the live Q&A round.

4. I Got Talent (IGT)

• Scope: Designed for alternative and non-traditional performance disciplines including Instrumental Music, Acting, Stand-up Comedy, Martial Arts, Painting, Yoga, Magic, Short Films, and Creative Arts.
• Structure: 1 performance round (2 to 3 minutes duration) during the Finale.
• Key Focus Areas: Technical complexity, execution safety/mastery, original concepts, prop usage, and overall stage presence.

The 5-Level Selection Progression

1. Level 1 (Registration & Initial Entry): Free registration at 3iii.us. Submit an HD audition video or attend an online live Zoom audition held on the 2nd Sunday of each month.
2. Level 2 (Audition Review): 3iii panel evaluates submissions. Qualified candidates receive formal qualification notices via email, SMS, and phone call.
3. Level 3 (Semi-Finals): Seat confirmation requires payment of the applicable fee ($250 On-site / $150 Online) within 72 hours of notification.
4. Level 4 (Finale): The top 40+ performers from the Semi-Finals advance to the Finale round.
5. Level 5 (Grand Finale): Top 5 finalists per category/age group (Winner, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up, 2 Judges' Choice selections) proceed to the awards broadcast.

On-site Phase (Chicago, Illinois, USA)

• Semi-Finals: November 27, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM CT
• Finale: November 28, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT
• Grand Finale: November 28, 2026 | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM CT

Technical & Production Guidelines

Audition Video Specifications

• Quality & Aspect Ratio: High Definition (HD) recorded in landscape mode (16:9) using MP4 or ProRes (.mov) format.
• Audio & Visual Rules: Single continuous shot with clear audio. No video edits, audio filters, pitch corrections, or visual effects allowed.
• Background Setup: Shot against a green screen, a single solid-color wall, or an uncluttered natural background.
• Duration: Main performance video must be 2 to 3 minutes.
• Introductory Clip: A separate 30-to-60-second video introducing yourself (Name, 3iii ID, Age, Location, Background, and Mentor details).

On-site Journey Video Rules (Chicago)

All participants traveling to the Chicago On-site event must shoot continuous HD landscape footage documenting their trip (from leaving home to arriving in Chicago and returning). Upload these raw clips directly to the designated 3iii Google Drive folder for inclusion in the broadcast episodes.
