Gee's strategy to success is making multiple partners at various levels including City, State, Country, and International stage. The rules, regulations, procedures, and processes will be centrally developed with the cooperation of all partners at various levels. But the necessary decentralization has also been kept in mind to provide partners to work independently and promote the concept their way, in the local market.
Gee Vision will be making various program partners to plan, promote, and execute the events in their territory. An agreement, on predetermined terms and conditions, will be signed and the partnership will be kept on profit sharing basis. They will be responsible for all the local activities and functionalities including local promotion and conducting auditions on their respective levels.

Franchisee Model:
Investment Model with an ROI of 30 to 50%, depending on your investment and hard work.
Gee Vision Inc will be making State and Country partners at State and Country level globally. Gee will charge a fixed annual franchisee fees from each state and country partner. Gee will make a State / Country Partner agreement with Partner. Partner will promote 3iii locally to maximize the registrations and host Auditions and State Indian Icon (Quarter-final) or Country Partner (Semi-final) and send the winners to finale & Grand-finale production hosted by Gee Vision Inc in USA. Partner will follow 3iii processes, rules, regulations and guidelines to host 3iii events as per agreement. Gee Vision Inc provides 3iii website, App, systems, design, promo and all type of digital design to partner.
Partner keeps 100% revenue generated from State/Country registrations, sponsorship, audience ticket etc. and will bear the cost of promoting and hosting 3iii events locally.
No Investment Model:
Gee will extend proposal of Execution Partner (EP) to passionate people of a certain State & Country to promote and execute State & Country Icons on profit sharing basis. Execution Partner will be responsible to promote and host the State/Country Icon with the help of sponsorship and audience ticket revenue. Profit will be shared in the ratio of 50:50. EP will need to write-off losses, if any.
Franchisee Model:
Under Franchisee Model, one can become State and Country Partner to by paying franchisee fees of $5000/- per state or $10k to $40k per country, depending on the Indian population in the country, and partner keeps 100% revenue generated from the state or country e.g., Audition Fees, Sponsorship, Audience Tickets etc.
