The 3iii Talent Foundation is a pioneering 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Illinois, USA, dedicated to promoting Indian talent worldwide. With an IRS Tax Exemption Certificate, the foundation provides tax benefits to donors and sponsors who support its mission. At its core, 3iii Talent Foundation is the driving force behind the International Indian Icon (3iii) competition, a one-of-a-kind platform that showcases the extraordinary talents of individuals of Indian origin across the globe.

Our Mission

Our goal is to elevate Indian talent on an international scale, offering artists and performers opportunities for global recognition and career growth. The foundation was conceived and established by Sharan Walia, the visionary creator of 3iii and the founder of 3iii Talent Foundation, Gee Vision Inc., and Gee Vision India Pvt. Ltd.

Since the inception of this talent platform in 2013 with Chicago Indian Icon under IEM Inc., and its evolution into International Indian Icon (3iii) from 2017 through 2024, Sharan Walia has been the driving force behind its growth. In 2025, he founded 3iii Talent Foundation to host 3iii Season 9 and beyond, ensuring that Indian talent worldwide has a dedicated global stage to shine.

Sharan Walia has invested substantial time, effort, and financial resources into developing 3iii into a world-class platform. His unwavering dedication has transformed the competition from a concept into a thriving global movement for Indian artists.
