International Indian Icon (3iii) is a global talent discovery platform that gives a level-playing field to emerging and aspiring young talent to showcase their expertise in music, dance, fashion, acting or other art forms. This gives the participants - greater visibility and an opportunity to be discovered globally by Bollywood, Hollywood, Event Organizers, Producers and Directors who are in continuous search for global talent across cultural activities.
For talent acquisition, we use a unique online and onsite audition method to discover India’s talented youth in any part of the world, and give wings to their individuality.
Our vision is aligned with the popular Sanskrit phrase Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (The World Is One Family) and focused on celebrating the various art forms in India on a global platform, and rewarding the emergent talent.
