Eligibility criteria for candidates

Who can participate ?

 

Any Indian from any part of the country who harbors a talent in any language and can demonstrate any art form is eligible for 3iii. 

Non-Indians are also eligible provided they demonstrate their art form as per Indian art and culture. This includes any Indian language, dance form, music, instrument, attire etc. 

Age Groups

 

Although there are no age restrictions as such, a participant of age less than 18 years will need the consent of their parents or guardian to participate in the 3iii competition.

On registration, participants will automatically be grouped into the following 3 Age Group categories

Below 16 Years: 3iii Junior

16 to 55 years: 3iii Senior 

Above 55 years: 3iii Super Seniors

No Restrictions 

There are no restrictions in terms of participation, however, the participants should not have any criminal background, and they must register for State or Zone under their Country Icon corresponding to the State, Zone and Country they belong to.

Regulations by Gee

1. Gee Vision Inc. (here onwards referred to as Gee) holds the power and right to change any or all rules, requirements or conditions related to 3iii competition at any time, no participant can have any objection.  .
2. No participant holds any right to sue Gee in any country or jurisdiction for any reason
3. Gee has the right reserved to delete any or every video/pictures uploaded on the 3iii website of any participant and has sole rights to include any video clip or picture in any TV clip, promotion, advertisement, social media campaign or in any other promotional trick in any country worldwide
4. To take part in the 3iii Competition, one needs to Register and Upload Video on www.3iii.us for Free
5. The uploaded video will be evaluated and qualified videos will be called for 3iii Episode Production

Scheduling paid auditions

1. To participate in 3iii competition, one needs to schedule audition by paying the Audition / Competition Fees 
2. Paid Audition videos will be evaluated and result will be declared within 15 days of scheduling a paid audition 
3. Qualified videos will be called for 3iii Episode Production 
4. Submission dates for 3iii 2023 calendar dates should be followed strictly
5. Duue to any reason, if any on-site audition is not conducted face-to-face, audition will be conducted on-line live through zoom.
   1. ​on-site audition need to meet minimum requirements of number of on-site audition participants otherwise audition will be conducted on-line live through zoom.
   2. Nominal on-site audition fees of $20 for developed countries and $6 or Rs 500/- for developing and under developed countries will be added to on-line audition fees (Developed Countries: $100; Underdeveloping and developing countries: $24 or Rs 2000 for India)
   3. Nominal on-line Live Zoom audition fees of $10 for developed countries and $3 or Rs 250/- for developing and under developed countries will be added to on-line audition fees.
6. All type of charges like Audience Ticket, Workshop Fees, Event Fees, Audition Fees, Production Confirmation Package , Video Package etc. paid to Gee for any 3iii event through any Payment Gateway like Authorize, Net, PayPal, Cashfree, Check, Cash, Square or any form  of payment are non-refundable.

3iii Episode Production & Grand-finale 

1. Gee Vision Inc. conducts Episode Production in multiple countries 
2. Qualified participants who are called for Episode Production need to confirm their presence by buying 3iii Production Confirmation Package 
3. Production Confirmation package is non-refundable 
4. One can join Episode Production online through Zoom or can come for onsite Episode Production scheduled in nearby country 
5. Grand-finale is scheduled in one country. Episode Production for India & Asia is scheduled in Delhi, India.
6. Winners of all countries along with qualified participants are called to Episode Production and Grand-finale in Dubai, UAE. 

Signing Contracts

1. The winners of International Indian Icon (3iii) are bound to enter into a contract regarding promotion, shows, video, advertisement, photography etc.
2. All participants attending onsite events of 3iii are required to sign an agreement before their performances
3. After the participants accept 3iii T&Cs at the time of registration, they are legally bound to it as per the 3iii website https://www.internationalindianicon.com/
4. All contracts signed by the winners of 3iii regarding any promotion or performances go through Gee before signing
5. All decisions by Gee are ultimate and cannot be challenged in any court of law in any country
6. All the copyright responsibilities are to be borne by the participants
7. All logistical expenses such as travel, food, and hotel expenses for an onsite event will be borne by the performers themselves. In certain cases, Gee may be able to provide discounts on hotels and food rates.

Communication with regards to results

1. All the results of 3iii will be published on their website
2. All the announcements related to the selection or rejection of any participant will be done via their registered e-mail address. Candidates need to make sure they keep their profiles updated. 
3. Participants uploading Free video will only get result if their video is selected for episode production otherwise there will be no communication of result 
4. Participants scheduling paid auditions, will receive communication on results through e-mail, WhatsApp as well as through 3iii Call Center 

Conduct of the competition

1. 3iii Annual Episode Production in Dubai, UAE
2. Top 150+ qualified participants across all 4 categories and 3 age groups from all over the world will be invited to Dubai from Dec 25th  to 28th 2022

COUNTRY INDIAN ICON (Semi-final) 

Depending on the number of total participants registered from a country or region, 3iii Semi-final will be hosted either onsite or online (Live Zoom) and winners will be invited to Dubai. Otherwise participants will be shortlisted on the basis of online (video upload) or online (Live Zoom) audition and from on-site auditions and will be invited to Dubai for 3iii Episode Production (Semi-final, finale and grand-finale)

Winners, 1st & 2nd Runner-ups get Medals

 

STATE/ZONE INDIAN ICON (Quarter-final) 

Depending on the number of participants of any category from any state of any country, 3iii quarter-final will be hosted either onsite or online (Live Zoom) and winners & qualified partiicpants will be invited to Dubai for 3iii Episode Production. Otherwise participants will be shortlisted on the basis of online (video upload) or online (Live Zoom) audition and will be invited to Dubai for 3iii Episode Production (Semi-final, finale and grand-finale)

* Winners, 1st, 2nd Runner-ups and Judges’ choice will get medals

All participants reaching at quarter-final and above will get certificates signed by judges
